Hit D Heat

Already the winner of two major international titles in his short stint in live poker, Edwin de la Cruz, a.k.a.  Hit D Heat, was actually gunning for a grand slam until disaster struck. The APT Main Event trophy is the only one missing in his collection.

Only 24, he is virtually a newbie in the Asian scene but has actually won a big tournament in Las Vegas at that. He admits shying away from Manila competitions because Filipinos, he says, are daring when it comes to poker.
